1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with the website, software, or digital solutions of Unbeatable IT Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please contact our team prior to commissioning work.

2. Service Provision & Performance Mandate

Unbeatable IT Services provides enterprise digital marketing, custom web application architecture, and AI automation systems. We execute campaigns and builds with the highest industry standards. Note that performance platforms (like Google and Meta algorithms) operate independently and search engine dynamics evolve continuously.

3. Payments, Ad Budgets & Commercial Terms

Unless explicitly agreed in a customized contract or SLA, service fees are billed per agreed milestones. Advertising spend on third-party networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is funded directly by the client in their own ad accounts, ensuring total transparency.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All custom code, web designs, funnel assets, and proprietary content produced specifically for your business belong to you upon final invoice settlement. Unbeatable IT Services reserves the right to reference completed work in case studies and portfolio showcases.

5. Cooperation & Termination

Either party may terminate the cooperation with a 30-day written notice. Services and development sprints already completed will be remunerated in full.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal disputes are subject exclusively to the courts of Lucknow.
